Meet Natalie, who joined Expana in April 2023 to create the People function and is reshaping the way our organisation works.
With over two decades global HR experience, holding a degree in Human Resources, she started her career in Management Consulting at PWC and since then worked in large corporates in a wide range of industries including utilities, media and tech and has most enjoyed working in founder led business helping them to scale at pace.
Her passion for people is demonstrated in her dedicated to creating fostering dynamic and inclusive cultures where employees feel valued, inspired, and empowered to achieve their best.
Beyond the office, Natalie lives in London with her husband and daughter and finds relaxation spending time with family and friends, embarking on cultural escapades, exploring global cuisines that ignite her passion for the world around her.
