Expana has changed the methodology of its Americas Expana Benchmark Prices for Minerals

Expana has changed the data submission cut-off time for its North American and South American mineral price assessments from 17:00 Central European Time (CET) to 16:00 Eastern Standard Time (EST) on the day of publication.

This change took effect from Monday, 16 September 2024.

The initial proposal was announced in a market note published on Monday, 22 July 2024, which can be viewed here. The decision to make the change was communicated in a market note on Monday, 19 August 2024, which can be viewed here.
