Expana proposes to launch Choline Chloride and Vitamin B12 Expana Benchmark Prices

Expana is proposing to launch weekly Expana Benchmark Prices (EBP) for choline chloride and vitamin B12 in all regions and is collecting feedback from market participants until Tuesday, August 27, 2024. 

If the industry supports this proposal, Expana suggests launching the weekly assessments on Tuesday, September 24 (choline chloride) and Thursday, September 26 (vitamin B12). 

The proposed specifications for the assessments would be as follows: 

INCO term: FOB China Main Port, DDP China, DDP NW Europe, DDP US Midwest, FOB São Paulo 

Currency: $/kg (FOB China, DDP US Midwest, FOB São Paulo), €/kg (DDP NW Europe), CNY/kg (DDP China) 

Packing: 25kg bags/boxes 

Delivery time: usually within 2-4 weeks
